This has to be ine a the most beautiful hotels I have been to in a long time! Beautifully designed rooms, to this amazing breakfast, and a refreshing spritzer to end the evening. The staff is amazing and so friendly. We even brought our dog, who was welcomed and treated like the little prince he is! Congratulations Hilton, you did it again!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I booked my stay, the app pre-check-in process was incredibly quick and easy, which made my arrival stress-free and efficient. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it spotless and well-appointed. It was the perfect size for my short stay, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities. Everything was in pristine condition, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The breakfast is included. There were a variety of options to suit different tastes and okay. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The combination of a hassle-free check-in, a clean and cozy room, and a quick bite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I will return in the future.

My first time in Pittsburgh and the hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was really good for the price, and location was perfect for everything we needed. The food recommendations were spot on and our room was clean and comfortable. My one and only gripe would be there isn’t a dedicated pet relief area. We were able to find a spot a little ways away but I travel with a service animal and that wasn’t the most convenient. I would 100% recommend to a friend not traveling with pets

I stayed at this hotel when I came to Pittsburgh for the Steelers/Cowboys game 10/6. The room was clean and well organized. I especially liked the free shuttle service the hotel offered to guests attending the game. Our driver was courteous and professional, explaining the procedure on how to get to and from the game via shuttle/train. Would recommend this hotel to others seeking accommodations while visiting Pittsburgh.

Breakfast used to be very good at Hampton Inn but not last few years. Egg doesn’t taste fresh, it’s probably the frozen kind just reheated!

We needed a room for Anthrocon 2025, but everything adjacent to the convention center was booked up so quickly. Thought we'd take a chance here and were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfy, TV was large, carpets nice, closet space was good, iron and board in the room, coffee maker and microwave, curved shower curtain rod for extra space in shower, water temps were great, and the included toiletries were much appreciated. We typically decline room service during a stay in a hotel as we are just 2 grown adults that don't need to be picked up after. That said, I came upon housekeeper one morning on the way out and requested fresh towels and to have some garbage removed (some last minute crafting left a mess) and not only was the employee accommodating but also left us with an extra garage bag. It was a little thing, but it meant she was paying attention to her guests. The stay was super quiet; I'm not sure if everyone was just on their best behavior or the soundproofing is just that good! Breakfast options were very nice. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, make your own waffles, cereals, sausage, bacon, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, and juice. Fill a plate and sit in the well decorated lobby for a nice start to your day. Getting in and out via car is easy peasy, parking is available and seemed to be plentiful, and you can make it from the hotel to the DLCC within 10 minutes. I recommend the app. We used it to check in easily, it allowed us to use our phones as room keys, and it made check out a breeze. *Tip for con goers - If you're not suiting, and you don't need the convenience of being able to go back and forth to your room this is a great option with a reasonable rate.

We stayed here for about a week following a procedure I had done at the nearby hospital. The hotel staff was very attentive and caring, and kept our room clean and towels fresh even though we didn’t want full housekeeping services. The breakfast buffet is ran very well and kept clean and stocked, even when they’re busy. It’s clear that this is a well staffed hotel with good people! It was nice to have some drinks and snacks available in the lobby, but selection was very limited. We stayed with our dog and they were accommodating to him as well, having a dog station outside. However, you do have to walk a ways to find a grassy spot.

This is good hotel with a good location if you are in town for a medical appointment at the hospital. Breakfast was decent, the room was clean, mine got changed after I had checked in on the app, I'm not sure but I got no complaint on the room I got. I will probably stay there again when I'm back in Pittsburgh.
